Get every Overflow gift into Planning Center — before it ever syncs.
Pull gifts from Overflow on your schedule, see exactly which donations go to which donor and fund, catch duplicates yourself, and let PCO Goat remember every match for next time. Your reports stay complete. Your records stay clean.
Syncing giving shouldn't mean trusting a black box.
Overflow holds gifts Planning Center needs for reports and statements — but they don't land in PCO on their own. And when they do get imported, you need to know it's right.
Gifts stuck in Overflow
Stock, crypto, ACH, and cash gifts collected in Overflow don't automatically appear in your Planning Center reports — someone has to move them.
Fear of silent mistakes
You're nervous an import will create duplicate donors or post a gift to the wrong fund — and you won't know until a donor's statement is wrong.
Records should be verifiable
A church's giving history should be accurate and something you can stand behind. You shouldn't have to choose between speed and confidence.
Built for the person who actually reconciles the giving.
We know "it synced" isn't good enough when it's someone's tax statement. PCO Goat reads Overflow's own API, maps campaigns to Campus and subcampaigns to Fund, and routes everything through the same review screen used to migrate tens of thousands of gifts safely.
- Pull directly from Overflow — no weekly CSV export required.
- Preview every gift, donor match, and fund mapping before anything posts.
- Stock, crypto, and DAF gifts flagged for manual in-kind entry — not mislabeled as cash.
- Remembered donor links — match once, route correctly every pull after that.

From Overflow to Planning Center in three steps.
You pull and approve — nothing posts until you've reviewed every gift.
Connect Overflow
Paste your Overflow API key once in Settings — it's stored encrypted on your Mac. Link Planning Center through the official login. No passwords stored, ever.
Pull & preview
Choose New & changed for routine syncs or a date range for catch-up. Review every gift, donor match, and fund mapping before anything posts.
Sync to Planning Center
Confirm approved gifts into a Planning Center batch you can review, undo, or commit. PCO Goat remembers each donor link — next pull, they route automatically.
The three things that make Overflow → PCO trustworthy.
Not a silent integration — a reviewed bridge you control.
Preview before it posts
Nothing hits Planning Center until you say so. See every gift, match, and fund assignment in one review screen.
You decide on duplicates
Potential duplicate gifts and ambiguous donor matches are flagged — you confirm what imports and what stays out.
It remembers
Match a giver once and PCO Goat sends their gifts to the right Planning Center profile on every future pull.
Incremental pulls
New & changed mode only fetches gifts added or updated since your last import — ideal for weekly routines.
In-kind gift export
Stock, crypto, and DAF gifts are flagged for manual in-kind entry — with a CSV and step-by-step instructions for accounting.
Secure by design
Official OAuth login, encrypted Overflow keys, Mac keychain storage. Your giving data never passes through us.

You're the hero of this story — keeping Overflow and Planning Center aligned is hard enough. CF Design Studio built PCO Goat so you can pull, preview, and approve — not pray a silent sync got it right.

Everything a dual-stack church admin asks first.
Does this replace Overflow?
No — PCO Goat is a bridge from Overflow to Planning Center Giving. You keep collecting gifts in Overflow; PCO Goat pulls them in, lets you review every match, and posts approved gifts to Planning Center.
Will it create duplicate donors?
Only if you tell it to. PCO Goat flags potential duplicate gifts and ambiguous donor matches for your review before anything posts. You approve every sync — and remembered donor links mean you won't re-match the same giver every week.
How often should I pull from Overflow?
As often as you need complete reports in Planning Center — weekly is common. Use New & changed for routine syncs; it only fetches gifts added or updated since your last import. Use a date range when you need to catch up.
Do I need an Overflow API key?
Yes. Request API access from Overflow, then paste your key once in PCO Goat Settings. Keys are stored encrypted on your Mac and never sent to CF Design Studio's servers.
What about stock, crypto, and DAF gifts?
Planning Center cannot batch-import true in-kind donations via API. PCO Goat flags stock, crypto, and DAF gifts on import and exports them with step-by-step instructions for manual in-kind entry — they are not auto-synced as cash donations.
Is my giving data safe?
Yes. PCO Goat connects through Planning Center's official secure login (OAuth) and stores your access token in your Mac's keychain. Overflow API keys are encrypted locally. Gifts only post to Planning Center when you confirm the sync — your data never passes through CF Design Studio's servers.
Is this automatic, set-and-forget sync?
No — and that's intentional. You pull gifts from Overflow when you're ready, review every match and fund assignment, then approve what posts. It's a 5-minute routine you control, not a black-box integration running in the background.
Is it Mac only?
Today, yes — PCO Goat is a Mac app and runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel.
